- What bitrate / resolution(s) do you support?
- We don't put any restrictions on the input stream, meaning if the input source
supports it, so do we! Be mindful that some of the destination services may have some
limitations on what resolutions they support.
- Can I schedule videos to stream at a certain time?
- We don't currently support streaming pre recorded content (unless it is streamed live
through one of our input platforms). If this is something you would like to see, feel
free to create/upvote any suggestions you have on our feedback site.
- Why have I been charged for another year / month?
- All plans are subscriptions, so they will automatically renew on the subscription
term.
- How can I cancel my subscription?
- Sorry to see you go! It's easy to cancel your subscription from the Subscription page.

- What is your refund policy?
- We offer refunds for initial subscriptions within 14 days of the purchase date. After
that, we'll work with you to find a satisfactory solution if you're not completely
happy with our service. Contact our support team to request a refund, and we'll
process it as quickly as possible (usually within 10 business days).
